Outlook 2003: Auto delete a contact that is no longer in use

I think I know the answer to this is no, but am going to ask anyway.

In Outlook 2003 is there a way a rule can be created to auto delete a
contact from the person's address book if no email has been received from the
person in the past two years?

No such rule is possible.
