How do I restore my contact list in outlook?

I have careless deleted all contacts in my outlook and also empty them from
outlook deleted items!!!

Could you please advise me on how do I retrieve them back. Now, I cannot
cantact all my customers and my freinds.

Do you have a backup of your .pst file? If not, you have no data to restore.

Thank you very much to all of you and appreciate your help. I tried
everythings that you recommenend but it seems I cannot retrieve all of
contact list. The only way I have to do is waiting all the persons in my
contact list calling to me.
