can anyone tell me how I fix the problem? What's the problem? In what version of Outlook? The address book button works so it is just the "contacts" list. It is a .pst file I'm using. Thank you > Does not open *when*? When you click on it in the folder list? I'm still not clear on just what you're doing. The folder list is a hierarchical view of all your folders. It contains no buttons.
