I want to set up so that I can send one e-mail to multiple people at the same time with out having to type in each persons address each time. How do I set up the group? How do I send them the e-mail? Thank you. Most people use categories or separate subfolders to group contacts. http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/olcat.htm http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/oloabcat.htm You could also use a Distribution List for this purpose, but they are less robust and less reliable.
