Hi all I have just getting used to outlook and using the rules wizard to move
emails from certain email address to certain folders.
Now the way I have set this up is to save the email address, then add it
into the specified from field.

What I would like to know though is it possible to create 2 contact
things in outlook i.e 1 for all my personal contacts and one for the rules
wizard so its easier to view my personal contacts, If it is possible could
someone please give me a rough how to guide.

Thanks for all your help and I look forward to a reply soon.

You'll have to explain what you mean by "contact things."

Do you mean "Contacts folders"?

You can certainly create as many Contacts folders as you wish, but rules
operate only on mail items.

My apologies Sue and Brian, My Brain shut down for calling them contact
things, Yes it is another contact folder ie. called Email Rules, which I have
now figured out how to do file new folder, I have name this Email Rules and
placing all the email address asoiciated with these rules in there, ie. ebay,
Will the rules work ok still even though I have moved them into this folder
now ?? Thank you very much for your time and help and I do apologise about
the "contact things again"

Rules run automatically against incoming items and on demand against whatever folder you select when you run the rule manually.

Rules don't care where the addresses they contain reside.
