How do I enter a Contact's birthday in OL? I know I can enter the date as,
e.g., 7/28 and that's what will show up. And I will get reminders as the
next 7/28 approaches. However, the guy's birthday shows up as 7/28/06,
which can be true only if he is a newborn. How do you set this in OL so it
does not appear he was born the year you entered the info? I noticed this
when I called a client today on his birthday. Before we got to the birthday
part I glanced at the "birthday" in OL: it was Saturday July 28. I had to
hesitate and get a little vague since his birthday is either Friday 7/28 or
Saturday 7/29. After fumbling my way through that I finally realized why:
According to OL, he was born Saturday 7/28/2001. Of course, myk client is
not 5 years old. But I probably entered his birthday in OL sometime in
2001.

Pick a year, any year, if you don't know the actual date.

Well, then, when you add the birthdate in the Contacts record, include the
year of birth, like 7/28/1961
