How do I send and email to all contacts in contact list without having to manually select each contact. Also, I have many of the same names on different distribution lists. When I select the multi lists the person will get multi email from me. Open your Contacts folder, select them all with CTRL-A, then click Actions>New Message to Contact. If you have any contacts with no mail address, you'll have to remove them from the selection first or from the recipient list while composing.  SignatureBrian Tillman |
