I use Outlook for my appointments and Contact information. That Contact information includes fax numbers. I use Outlook Express as my e-mailer and only keep names and email addresses in its address book. When I try to send a Fax using the XP fax facility and click the Address book button, I get the Outlook Express address book which doesn't have the fax numbers in it. The second line of Help>About will contain that information. Outlook 2000 IMO uses the Windows Address Book for its contacts information. Only in CW mode can you enable a Contacts folder in Outlook to be used as an address book. I think you have to start in the Contacts folder of Outlook in order to send a fax, but I'm not really familiar with faxing with OL 2000. I'd recommend you take a look at Russ Valentine's faxing page: http://home.indy.rr.com/russval/fax.htm SignatureBrian Tillman IMO as you suspected. I suspect in turn that this may not be a go.
