For some versions you can open your Contacts folder, select all the contacts with CTRL-K and choose Actions>New Message to Contact.  SignatureBrian Tillman Thank you for replying. SignatureBrian Tillman Hi, My friends and I use a mail merge add-in to send multiple emails at once. I think that it is the best solution for you case also.
