how can i add multiple email recipients to my contact list

I received an email message with lots of recipients. They appear by name
(email addresses are not displayed unless I click on them individually). I
would like to create a DL for these recipients. I tried copying and pasting
them, but I get a message that Outlook doesn't recognize (NAME). Can someone
help?

Theer;s no way to do what you want given the format of the address list you
have.
