I have created a modified Contact Card using the design feature. The info on
these new pages are special to my work and allow me to see information at a
glance. I would like to share this info with colleagues and all of us use
this "new" card. The issue is when I send the card to someone the card
automatically defaults back to the normal contact card without the
modifications. This is fruatrating, as MS has allowed the user to design a
new form, but then cannot share that form with others.
Don't abuse the suggestion option for a feature that has existed for years.
You need to publish the form definition in order for it to transfer to
others via email.
