i deleted 1400 contacts how can i return in outlouk office 2003

i have an i-mate jasjar im conected to the pc and all my 1400 contacts in
microsoft outlook 2003 and i deleted from recycle bin.after that im looking
in my i-mate all my cantacts has deleted... how can i returne my contacts
please

unless you use Exchange server with dumpster enabled or have a backup, you
are out of luck.
