Address Book missing in Outlook 2002

All email contacts were put directly into Address Book, not Contacts. Now,
the Address Book is missing and am unable to locate it.

However, a New email form will allow me to type a person's name or email in
the 'TO' line and it will remember them, leading me to believe it is still
within the system.

Looking for suggestions on finding this 'lost' Address Book. Thanks.

The address book is a virtual view of the contacts folder and has no
separate existence. Tell us what you really did.

I don't know what the original submitter did but I have the same
problem and I did the following.
I installed Outlook 2002 (actually Office Professional XP , which
included Outlook 2002).
I renamed the Outlook.pst file.
I moved the Outlook.pst file from an old PC (to bring over all the
folders).
Then I restarted Outlook.

My Contacts folder is populated but contacts can not be 'found' or
entries from distribution lists updarted.

Any suggestions on how to ge the 'view' recreated over the new
Outlook.pst folder?
