All help files keep directing me to a "Business Contact Manager" which I do
not seem to have in Outlook 2003.  I just want to export ONLY filtered files
into a separate .csv file.  How do I do that without the "Business Contact
Manager?

Filter the view to show the contacts you want to export, then copy them to a new, blank contacts folder. You can then perform the export from that folder with File | Import and Export
