MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / August 2006Custom Categories Disappeared
All my custom categories disappeared, I assume due to the recent Office 2003 update. This problem is one of many i've had since that update. I wish that MS would stop using the public as beta testers. Anyway, when I try to create the missing custom category again by clicking on Master Category, "add" is grayed out, so I am now missing my old custom categories and unable to create any new ones.
