How can I organize meeting notes, by date and topic, within an Outlook
contact file? For example, I use Outlook to manage my calendar. When a
meeting occurrs, I would like to review notes from previous meetings with the
contact that I will be meeting with as well as notes from previous meetings
on the same topic.

Thanks.

You should be able to use the contact's Activities tab to see all meetings and other items linked to the current contact.
