You can't automatically add recipients set-to or replied-to in 2003. This was
available in 2000 and we gather this information as required by Sorbanes
Oxley for our operations.
What is "set-to"? What are you looking for exactly? I can easily do this
by inserting the previous messages into the body of the email -
File->Insert->Item.

In setup or tools for previous versions of Outlook, one used to be able set
it up to automatically add names to your address book. You could choose
different options. This is not available in 2003 or at least it s not in
the same place
