How many contact type folders do you have in your folder tree? Are you
receiving any error messages or are you just seeing nothing in the address
book?

I have just one contact folder, but it is shown twice.
I get the following message (translated from norwegian):
Can't show the adress list. Can't open the contact folder arranged to this
adress book. It can be moved or deleted, or you do not have entrance
properties. If you want information about how you eliminate the folder from
the Outlook- adress book, search help for Microsoft Office Outlook.
Thank you for your interest!

Hmmm, try removing all the Contact folders mentioned here: Tools menu >
Email accounts > View/change existing address books > Click Next > Highlight
Outlook Address Book > Click Change
Then reset your current Contact folder as an address book

I guess I also should mention that the file is an outlook.pst file in case
that makes any difference.

I am having the same problem. If I select contacts I see the contacts, but
if I am in the Inbox and click TO I only see exchange contacts. I have tried
everyting in this thread, but when I try to change contacts under tools or
view/change they do not show up. I am running on exchange 2003.
