Trying to set up autodialing from Outlook 2002 Contacts on XP Home. My phone
line is British Telecom Home Highway (ISDN, connected via USB). Trouble is,
after clicking Start Call in the New Call dialog box, the Call Status dialog
comes and disappears in half a second, so I don't get the chance to click
Talk. What's up?

Thanks,

Tom

Another question. In Outlook View, for example the Address Cards View, I can
straight away see that John Smith has Home phone, Business phone and Mobile
phone. I click to select his Mobile phone, then click the Dial icon, which
brings up the New Call dialog box. My question is, can I get the selected
phone to appear in the Number box, so I don't have to do the drop down
arrow?

Thanks again,

Tom
