When you type an email address into Outlook it prompts you if it is an
email address you have used before.

Where is the list stored?
Can it be migrated to a new PC?
Is there a way to update the list if someones address changes or it was
typed incorrectly?

See this: http://www.ingressor.com/autocompletetips.htm
> Can it be migrated to a new PC?

Yes.  It must be named to match the mail profile on the new PC.

Without buying Ingressor, you can either delete the file (with Outlook
closed) to start over again or, if you want to delete only a few entries,
when they pop up, you can use the arrow keys to select the bad entry and
then press Delete.  If all your addresses are Internet addreses, you can use
the freeware tool at http://www.epute.com/nk2csv/ to do the trimming.
