You could export your contacts to an Excel file, delete the info from that
field and import the data back into Outlook. Make sure you have a good
backup of your original contacts before you try this, however.

Thanks - worked fine. But how do I get the same format in the new folder. I
used to have flast name, first name and company showing in the header if the
addresscard. After exporting/importing it only show last and first names.

That I'm not sure of. You might have to change those manually. If someone
else has a better solution for you, perhaps they will post it here -- or you
can start a new thread.
