The activities tab in Contacts tells me when I sent or received e-mail from a
contact. I would like to (hard copy) file that proof of correspondance. Can
anyone tell me how to either print that list or export it to a program that
can print it? Many thanks!

In the Activities page, select all the items you want a record of. Right-click the selection and choose Print.

Thank you for your post. I have also discovered the Tools - Organize options
for creating and managing folders, which allow me to move these itmes into
the folders and create new folders as needed.   :>     Hutchy
