I have a single contact who is a member of multiple distribution lists - is
there any way that I can see all of the distribution lists to which that
contact belongs so I can delete that contact from all the distribution lists
all at once?  Currently, I have to open each distribution list to see if that
contact is a member, then, if so, delete...open the next distribution list,
delete, and so on and so on.  Please advise.

There is no way to do that because there are no connections between entries
in DL.  Modifying one DL will have no effect on another.
