when calling from Outlook Contacts, they can not hear my voice.

We are trying to make a call to one of my contacts from Outlook 2003, the
call goes out, I can hear my contact really well, but they do not hear my
voice. I checked the volume of the microphone and it passes the hardware
test. I checked the settings and everything seems to be correct. Has anyone
else encountered this problem before? IS there any other program I can use to
call my Outlook contacts?

Outlook uses the Windows dialer, which has no support for voice modems.

so what the point on having that little phone in outlook?
Is there any other program I can use to call my contacts using my pc instead
of my phone?

Contact the manufacturer of your voice modem to see which products they
recommend.
