My database is an old lotus application of Approach.  I have been
unsuccessful in copying my email lists into blind carbon copy for large
distribution lists.  I do not want to transfer all the information into
Outlook.   How do I copy my designated lists into bcc on Outlook from my
Approach Database?

Can you export the contacts from the old database into a delimited text file?
You should be able to paste a line of e-mail addresses into the BCC
field...preferably separated by semicolons, but a space or a comma might work
also.
