Recovering Address book and folders from crash

I am using Outlook 2000 with Win XP. A virus caused
massive damage and I had to reformat and reload
everything. I saved everything I could on another drive
before reformatting. What files do I need to move over
from the saved data to restore the contact list and saved
mail folders? I was not able to export these files
before the crash so I cannot simply do an import.

The file you need to look for is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
