How to resolve the following problem

while i was importing contact from others, some of my contacts fields had
arabic text in them have changed to ?s. how do i get the original arabic text
back?

please help me troubleshooting this problem.

Please explain why you would ever import Contacts if these were Outlook
Contacts. You have no need to change file format. You should simply open the
Outlook data file and copy the data you want to transfer.
Importing only loses or corrupts data, as you seem to be demonstrating for
us yet again.
