email a mass mailing from an excel doc

how do I take numerous email addresses from an excel spreadsheet and enter
them into 1 email (without putting all of them into my contacts) and not
entering them one at a time. Also, is there a way to hide them from one
another. For example: I want to email Kathy w, turtlekat, and geepers ----
how would i email a message to all 3 people and once and when they get it
they would only see their name - not any of the others.
