In previous versions of Outlook you could select individuals to send an email to from a defined distribution list. For example: There are 35 people in a distribution list, but I only want to send it to 15 of them and don't want to have to add them all individually to my contacts folder or type all the names in manually. What happened to this function???!!!!!
I am running Outlook 2002 SP1.
No version of Outlook has ever had this feature until the newly released
Outlook 2003.

I don't understand - I've used it before hundreds of times. It was a back door way of doing it, but it was possible

Explain how. This feature did not appear until Outlook 2003.

Actually, I think that it was possible to copy members from the details of a DL and paste into a message back in OL98 or was it OL2000?

Whenever I sent an appointment request in outlook to this user I receive a
undeliverable address from another user that no longer works for the
company. The error message is from a user that no logner resides in the gal.
I have checked the user's outlook rules and their are none. We are currently
running exchagne 5.5. I tried to track the message using the message id but
I was unsuccessful. What is this happening? I have also checked the user's
calender permissions and I didn't find any problems. I have also tried to
move the user to a new exchange server. The error message is listed below
