When you delete any item, including a folder, in Outlook, unless you
explicitly instruct Outlook to perform a permanent delete (by holding Shift
when clicking or pressing Delete), the item will be moved into the Deleted
Items folder of the PST where the original item resided. If you don't see
it there, perhaps you stopped and restarted Outlook after you deleted it and
you have the option enabled to empty the Deleted Items folder when Outlook
closes. If that's the case, your only hope is probably this:
