How do I change the company name on several contacts at once?

I have several contacts from two companies that have just merged and changed
to a different company name and email domain.  Is there any way I can do some
sort of "Find and Replace" function to change all of them from their old
company names and emails to the new ones, or do I have to do them one by one?

Group your contacts by company and then drag the ones you want to change to
the appropriate group.
