I accidently deleted a distrbution list in my address book. Is there any way
to restore it?

Usually not. DL's seem to bypass all conventions and do not go to the
Deleted Items Folder. If it's not there, it's gone. You should never use the
address book interface for data entry or editing.

Probably not, if you deleted it in the Address Book interface (never
manipulate contacts via the Address Book), but you can look in the Deleted
Items folder and see if it's there.
