Destination number not dialed using calling card

After the access number and calling card number have been dialed, the
destination number is not.  About 4 numbers, I don't know what they are, are
dialed before the designated time (wait for prompt) of 10 seconds, then
nothing.

This is not an Outlook question. It is a Windows dialer question. Check one
of the OS or desktop groups. Or read online help for your operating system.
