Hi.
I got a new machine and transfered my pst file to it and all my mail and
contacts are  intact.
Except when I go to send an email and click the To button or when I click
the address book, I get this error message.
"The address list could not be displayed. The contacts forlder associated
with this address list could not be opened, it may have been moved or
deleted"
How can I copy all my contacts into the address book?
Thank you

What version of Outlook?

On the Properties dialog for your Contacts folder, make sure the check box for the Outlook Address Book is checked.

Hi Sue,
I did the check box, but in exchange I can only see the "contacts"
and not all the other folders that I have.

Is there something else that I need to do?

     TThank you very much

"In Exchange"? What do you mean by that?

I have an exchange mail server. And 2 computers that use outlook.
When I'm using outlook everything is Ok in both computers, when I go
throught the internet to get my mail, it sees all the folders in my contact
list, but when in e-mail I press the "to" to see the contacts I have, it only
shows the "contacts" and non of the other folders that I have.
Let me know if I'm not clear.
Thank you very much

That's completely normal behavior for Outlook Web Access. It cannot show more than your one default Contacts folder as an address list.

Ok, then, is Microsoft working on fixing that?

No, that's the way OWA is designed to work -- as a relatively simple, uncluttered mail client.
