In Outlook 2003 I received a message from this sender
“¡‘ò Sˆ¤
This sender's address is bogus and Outlook should block such bogus senders.
I'd like to add this sender's domain to my blocked sender list but no matter
what encoding I try, the "@" never appears so I can't add the domain to the
list. I think there may be no "@" in this address. All it is is a Japanese
spammer trying to be cute and avoid having his domain blocked.

You can block certain message encodings if you'd like in the Junk Email
configuration.
