Autofill email addresses in new installation on new computer

I PURCHASED A NEW COMPUTER AND AM FRUSTRATED THAT MY NEW OUTLOOK INSTALLATION
DID NOT IMPORT THE ABILITY TO AUTOFILL EMAIL ADDRESSES.  ALL FOLDERS
INCLUDING CONTACTS HAVE BEEN IMPORTED BUT IT DOESN'T WORK.  AM I GOING TO
HAVE TO WAIT FOR THIS LIST TO REBUILD?

Please don't shout.

Yes, you'll have to wait for it to fill.  The autocompletion feature of
Outlook doesn't work the same way as that of Outlook Express.  It does not
reference your contacts in any way.  See this for an explanation:
