The first thing to do is to ask ing a newsgroup related to your issue. This
one doesn't appear to be.

I want to Feach some data which is in Web site..I have all Numeric and
Char..Can u say me we can develop this type of project...

As Brian already said, your question has nothing to do with Outlook Contacts. Either repost in a group for your application or post to a group for your native language.
