How do you print expanded contact info from a distribution list?

I have a user who has a distribution list and wants to print out not just the
name and email address as listed but the full contact entry for each person
in the dist.list.

I couldn't find that option but would assume this is possible.

Any advice?

Thanks in advance!

There is no built-in option to do that.

So just to be clear, there's no work-around method to achieve this within
Outlook?

Workaround for what? DL's contain a name and an email address for each
member. No other information exists in a DL.

Russ-
DLs are created by choosing Contacts and it's the Contact card info we're
trying to get printed. Double-clicking any entry in a DL opens up the Contact
card so it seemed there'd be a way to get the Contact cards printed.

Alas, the workaround that accomplishes this is to manually select the
Contact cards of the people in the DL and Print Selected into a Card style or
Phone Directory Style.

Maybe you can offer that suggestion next time someone inquires about this.

Not a suggested I would ever offer. DL's contain no information other than
what I posted. The link to the Contact is far to fragile to be reliable. You
posted no workaround at all.

Our particular DL was created by choosing Contacts via 'Select Members', not
fresh entries via Add New. Had I created New entries for the DL then yes, I
wouldn't expect any Contact info to be available.
Since the DL was created in this fashion it seemed plausible that the DL
entry would know it came from a Contact and that info could be printed.
Had you asked if I created my DL in this manner then you could have offered
the workaround I did lay out in my last reply.

Thanks for nothing so far.

Sorry. I misread your post. The workaround you posted is the only one there
is, but you can see how laborious and inconvenient it is. It is simply the
method for printing multiple Contact Records.
A DL retains a link to the Contact Record for a while, but that link is
fragile and quickly becomes disrupted. Since a DL contains none of the
information you seek to print, there is no way to print this information
from the DL interface.

No. The only "workaround" would be to write your own VBA code to perform a lookup and develop some kind of print format.
