It uses the location you set for your operating system.

How would I know? You didn't even mention what your operating system is. Try
Control Panel > Regional and Language Settings... for starters.

Russ

I am struck by the rudeness of your reply. I am not very computer literate
and if your demeanour is indicative of those that are I am out of my depth.
However, I wish you a good day anyway.

Get a grip, please. How is it rude to expect the information needed to
answer a question, especially when it is posted in a group that does not
even support the question you are asking? You were asking a question about
your operating system without telling us what your operating system is. I
even hazarded a guess anyway.
You're welcome.
