Can't change 'file as' by first name last name

I copied the info from the MS site, and did exactly what they told me to do.
I can't get the 'file as' to go from last name first name to first name last
name. I'm using Outlook 2003......any help is appreciated.......Peter

What you did and what happened would seem to be necessary pre-requisites for
anyone to attempt an answer. There is no way for us to know what "info" you
followed.
