moving entries from one Distribution list to another

Our e-mail host just put a limit on how many addresses you can send an e-mail
at one time to 50 and our problem is that we have a preferred special list
with 370 addresses in it that need to go out! Is there a way to copy and
paste them to a new list so we can split it 6 times? Help please!

Im sorry i should add it is in Outlook 2000 SR-1 on WinXP Pro
