I have a starnge issue with 2 users, user A(using outlook 2003) is sending
emails to user B(outlook 2000) they are appearing in contacts. This is only
occuring between these 2 users. User a can send mails to any other user with
no problems, and user B can recieve mails from all other users without this
occurring.
I have checked contact settings for both users and nothing has changed, this
problem only manifested itself last night , prior to this they had no
problems emailing each other. anyone got any suggestions? I have been
trawling the help and the online office help to no avail. any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Have you checked for any rules on the receiving end?  What type(s) of
account are involved?

I've not heard of it, either, but I'm not an Exchange person.  You might
consider asking in the Exchange newsgroup
