Mass email: How do I keep others from seeing my mail to listing?

In mass emailing, how do I keep a customer that I've emailed from seeing the
other customers that I've also emailed with the same information. Thank you
for responding.

Use the BCC field. That's what it's for.

Hi little1,

or use (in addition to Russ posting) the serial mail function with Word (I
prefer this)

or use 3rd party tools:

Hello,

Use 3rd party tools for Outlook. I use Easy Mail Merge. You can find it at
this link: http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/mail_merge.html
