I am finding it impossible to print the contact list in a booklet form using
my new HP 6310xi printer.  My old Lexmark (color end died and I was forced to
put to sleep) used to do it with no problems.  How can it be done with the HP?

what is not working correctly? it should be mostly identical to how the old
printer did it - margins may be slightly different etc.
