Using a distribution list but sending one email at a time

Hi.
I would like to know if it is possible to use a distribution list but each
recipient would only see his name/address in the 'to' field as if that email
was sent only to him.

Put the DL in the BCC line and your address in the TO: line - or create an "undisclosed recipients" contact with your email address and set it to use Undisclosed Recipients as the display name.

No.  Use mail merge instead.  Look for it in Help.
