Why did my list of contacts disappear?

I clicked on Outlook 2000 and the format was different. My list of contacts
were gone. I didn't change any settings. Please advise/ Dave

You obviously did change something since you report that Outlook is "different."

Define "different" and what you are used to seeing in which folder and which view.
