I received 40 or so responses to a free-lance job posting. I'd like to respond to make a list of the peopoe who responded, but would rather not have to manually Add contacts one by one and then create a distriution list. I have all the messages in a single Outlook folder. Is there any way to automate the process of getting them into Contacts or a distribution list? Even a way to simply reply to all would be great. While it may be able to scan multiple mail messages in a folder, pick out all the sender addresses from those messages, and create a DL from that list, who can tell? Then click in the ContactMaker-Menu "Extras", "Verteilerliste...", "Erstellen". Peter Thanks for pointing me to your application. I'd use it if I understood German, but I'm loathe to install a program whose directions I can't follow.
