How do you copy multiple addresses from address book to a contactl list (not
one at a time)?

Hi Lou,

You can use a program called Email Address Collector to do this. You can
find it here: http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/features.html

There's no need.  The Outlook address book is just a view of your Contacts
folders.  Everything in the address book MUST exist in the Contacts fodlers
or you wouldn't be seeing it in the address book.

If you're not referring to the Outlook Address Book, to what address book do
you refer and what version of Outlook are  you using?
