I have attempted to follow directions under "help" but I still cannot get the
search program to work in my address book by either name or address.  Can
someone help me?

Probably, if you provided some information. You provided none. State what
"instructions" you followed in accurate detail. Include all relevant
information such as your Outlook version and information store.

I am using XP and Office 2003/XP.  In my address book I have names within
"Contacts" with a list of over 10 such Contacts groups.  I have attempted to
follow the help instructions within Outlook but nothing appears when I enter
something I want to search for.

Still your serve. That serve was a fault. Read my post and try to get your
response within the lines.
