blank space on left in contacts screen

In late June, you had a discussion with Graham regarding missing contacts
fields, and toward the end of that discussion you got to discussing the blank
space on the bottom left of the default screen.  We would like to rearrange
the screen so that the contact fields are all displayed across the top (as
they used to be in a previous version) and the notes field displayed across
the bottom all the way from left to right so that much more of the
information in the notes field is displayed.
